Teamviewer Download
Please follow the below instructions and have Teamviewer ready for the remote troubleshooting session.
All remote troubleshooting sessions must be confirmed with the Technician first.
We will contact you at the scheduled time.
- Download the Teamviewer Quick Support Client below.
- Once the download is finished, open + run the file.
- Accept the User Agreement and click Next to navigation through the setup panels.
- Once completed, a Teamviewer Client should appear.
- Read out the ID and Password to the Technician on the phone.
