Shipping Information
All VectraCor QRS products ordered through aus-qrs.support are dispatched by our Australian fulfilment partner, Pacific Medical, from their Sydney warehouse. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, via Express Shipping.
AUS-QRS Support operates as a reseller and distributor only. We do not physically hold, handle, package, or dispatch any products. All fulfilment, warehousing, and inventory management is the sole responsibility of Pacific Medical.
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and carrier performance. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Stock & Product Quality
AUS-QRS Support does not hold or manage stock. As a drop-ship reseller, product condition, packaging integrity, and quality control are entirely the responsibility of Pacific Medical's warehouse and inventory management processes. We have no direct visibility into or control over their warehouse operations.
If your order arrives damaged or with concerns about product condition, please photograph the item and packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us at team@aus-qrs.support within 48 hours. We will liaise with Pacific Medical on your behalf.
AUS-QRS Support is not liable for products damaged during shipping or for any defects arising from Pacific Medical's warehousing, packaging, or inventory processes.
Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

The product is completely unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

The product is in fully resaleable condition — undamaged, unmodified, and untampered with.
We do not accept returns where:

The product has been opened or the original seal has been broken.

The return request is made after 14 days from the date of delivery.

The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
All accepted returns are subject to Pacific Medical's return policies and procedures. As we are a distributor, returns must be processed through our supplier. Refund timelines are subject to Pacific Medical's processing times once the item has been received and inspected.
To initiate a return, email us at team@aus-qrs.support with your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging. Do not return any item without first receiving written return instructions from us.
Return Shipping Costs
AUS-QRS Support does not cover the cost of return shipping under any circumstances. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is also non-refundable.
If your return is approved, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the product to the address provided in your return instructions.
Please note that this policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a product is faulty or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL, which may include reimbursement of return shipping costs in certain circumstances. Manufacturer Warranty
All VectraCor QRS products carry a manufacturer's warranty provided by VectraCor, the American manufacturer of these devices. AUS-QRS Support does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is required under the Australian Consumer Law.
All manufacturer warranty claims, warranty periods, and warranty conditions are governed exclusively by VectraCor's warranty policies. AUS-QRS Support is a reseller and distributor and has no authority to approve, modify, or override VectraCor's warranty terms.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us at team@aus-qrs.support and we will assist in directing your claim to the appropriate party.
Your purchase is also independently protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. These consumer guarantees apply regardless of any manufacturer warranty policy and cannot be excluded.
